Nature of Work:
The Linen Delivery & Customer Service Driver will work closely with clients and delivery personnel to load and unload trucks, deliver and pick up linens, and manage customer orders and requests. While the primary focus is on customer service and delivery, you will also play a key role in maintaining linen quality and inventory accuracy. Shifts generally last 8–10 hours, with driving making up only a portion of the role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely load and unload company trucks with linens and supplies.
- Deliver and pick up linens from client locations, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring all deliveries meet quality standards.
- Manage linen inventory at client locations, perform regular inspections, and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries.
- Clean and inspect linens, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before delivery.
- Drive company trucks to client sites and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Adapt to changing schedules or client needs quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
- Clean driving record is preferred. Experience driving non-CDL straight trucks or small trailers is a plus, but we are willing to provide training.
- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with others at all levels.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, delivery, or similar is preferred.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer relations.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons or as needed.

Lead Event Installer - Harrisburg, PA
Our emphasis is to provide our clients with the highest quality event rental equipment, along with services that are truly unsurpassed from start to finish. We are a team-oriented organization that is growing and seek long term additions to our team. We are committed to growing talent internally.
Nature of work:
Will work with customers and lead delivery personnel load and unload trucks, install/tear-down tents, tables and chairs, as well as maintain inventory quality. Generally shifts are 8-12hrs with driving only being a small portion of this, although there are exceptions.
Strong leadership skills required and previous foreman/shift manager experience required. Training will be provided by the company on how to run an event/tent install or t/d.
Clean Driving Record is preferred. Experience driving straight truck (non-cdl) and small trailers a plus, but we are willing to train. Must be 21 or over years of age due to insurance requirements. Individuals under 21 may apply to be considered for Event Installer position (no driving of company vehicles).
Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading company trucks
- Ability to lead a crew of 4-6 people at jobsites
- Preparing items for rental (cleaning, inspecting, counting, etc.)
- Setting up and tearing down rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to and work well with changing priorities and situations
- Ability to define and prioritize problems and resolve them quickly
- Strong motivation who can work well with people at all levels
